Charles has extensive experience in this industry sector, as well as over 29 years in senior positions within the pharmaceutical industry. He has spearheaded the expansion and success of AST over the last 7 years.

Simon Buxey – Technical Director

Simon joined AST 7 years ago and is responsible for the design and creation of all new AST software solutions. He has worked in the Pharmaceutical IT industry for over 20 years and in that time he has created various software solutions and systems, including the design, development, training and implementation of these products.

Stefan Gawn – Operations Director

Stefan joined in 2003 to build a ‘State of the Art’ capability within AST to develop and deliver its products and services. Stefan has built an operating model that enables AST to deliver, train and install its products in a rapid and seamless way.

Sara Davies – Commercial Manager

Sara has wide management experience in Pharma. Sara manages the Key Account team that has overall responsibility for the AST client base.

Emma Tupling – PA to Managing Director

Emma joined the company in 2002 and is responsible for all secretarial and administrative support within AST.
