Add new location

A new location has opened in your area and you want to add it to actisCRM

  1. From the menu select My Data, Add Location
  2. Complete the location form that opens in as much detail as possible, paying attention to any fields marked with an asterisk which are compulsory
  • Brick: Select from the drop-down list
  • Name: Click in the field and type the name of the location
  • Location: Type: Select from the drop-down list
  • Dispensing: Tick the checkbox if it’s a dispensing location
  • Exclude from Mailers: Tick the checkbox if the location is to be excluded from marketing mailshots
  • General Information: Click in the field and type any information about the location
  • Next Objective: This field is auto-completed from the last meeting record

From the Navigation tab click Address

Add the location address paying attention to the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk

Click the Save button to add the new location

Important: If some fields are shaded, then your company subscribes to third-party data (Binley’s, Cegedim, etc) and the details will need to be verified.
