Add products to formulary

Add product and competitor products to the formulary.
The detail required is configured to meet your organisations requirements, so you may be able to see some or all of the fields in the example below.
Open the account
Navigate to Formulary
Click Add Product on the Actions tab

Formulary List: Select from the drop-down options
Formulary Group: Select from the drop-down options
Product: Select from the drop-down options
Product Usage: Select from the drop-down options
On Formulary: Select from the drop-down options
Formulary URL: Click in the field and type the formulary’s web-address
Formulary Notes: Click in the field and type any relevant notes
Guidelines: Select from the drop-down options
Guidelines URL: Click in the field and type the guidelines’ web-address
Guidelines Notes: Click in the field and type any relevant notes
Display options are available on the formulary and product details screen:

Click the Up or Down buttons to reorder the formulary lists. The list will switch position with the list directly above or below.
Click the Show/Hide Formulary Notes button and click in the Notes field to add notes regarding the formulary.
Verify the formulary product details by selecting the red circle icon. The icon will change to green and the verification details will be added to the product.
Each formulary list or product entry can be shown or hidden by clicking the + or – buttons associated with the line.
Click the Save button to continue or Save and Exit button to leave the account record.
Important: If the product has already been verified, editing fields will return the product to an unverified status.
