Administrator mode

Enable Administrator Mode to restrict access to actisCRM, perhaps whilst employee or territory changes are taking place.

Administrator Mode prevents any further employees from logging in but will not log out current users who will be able to complete their session.

You can customise the message that employees see when they try to login by creating a Notification and Login Message.

  1. From the menu select Administration, System Access
  2. The Logged in Employees list will show you who is currently using the system
  3. Tick the Administrator Mode Enabled switch

  4. Add a notification message which will appear on the login screen

Important: Remember to switch off Administrator Mode when you have completed your actions
