Change the owner of an account
Maybe you’re switching territories or leaving the organisation and need to transfer ownership of your accounts to another person.
Important: Only account owners and system administrators can transfer ownership of an account to another actisCRM user
- Open the account
- Navigate to Employees
- Ensure the person you wish to transfer the account to is visible in the Account Employees list. If not, then add them to the list.
- Click the radio button in the Owner column next to the employee’s name to transfer ownership of the account to them
