Contact manager

All calls (contacts and meetings) recorded using actisCRM Offline are listed in the contact manager.

Each contact displays the customer or location name and product detailed together with date and time information.

Each meeting displays the location name and product detailed together with date and time information.

Each call has a status:

  • Draft: Cannot be uploaded. Can be edited, merged or deleted
  • Saved: Ready to upload: Can be edited, merged or deleted
  • Uploaded: Uploaded to the online version of actisCRM. Can be deleted from actisCRM Offline
  • Rejected: An error occurred during upload process. Edit or delete to correct

Tap any entry to open and edit the call or meeting record

Important: Tap to untick the Draft checkbox on the call or meeting record so that it can be uploaded to the live online system.

Tap Delete All to remove all contacts beneath the section header. 

Tap Done to close Contact Manager
