Delete an influence map

Obsolete influence maps that are no longer required can be deleted from the account.

1. Open the account
2. Navigate to Influence Mapping
3. Click on the Edit tab
4. Click the down-arrow next to the account name on the grey ribbon to open the Display and Edit window
5. From the Local Diagram list, click to select the diagram you wish to delete
6. Click the Delete Selected button
7. Click the OK button to save your changes

Important: The Delete action cannot be undone, so check that you’ve selected the correct diagram before you click the OK button
