Edit a key customer

Your relationship with key customers may change over time, as will the role they play within the account. The influence map and key customer list can be changed to reflect these changes.
- Open the account
- Navigate to Customers
- In the Key Customers list, click on the customer you wish to edit
- Click Edit Key Customer on the Actions tab
The Account Customer window will open - Select a new Role from the available options
- Select a new Relationship Level from the available options
- Add any notes relevant to the customer
- Click the OK button to save the changes
OR
- Open the account
- Navigate to Influence Mapping
- Click on the Edit tab
- Click on the node that represents the customer you wish to edit
The Edit Node Details window will open - Select a new Role (Node Type) from the available options
- Select a new Relationship Level from the available options
- Add any notes relevant to the customer
- Click the OK button to save the changes
