Edit an action

Actions may need to be changed for a variety of reasons, perhaps to assign them to a different employee, to change the due date, add customers or locations or to set a reminder.

1. Open an account
2. Navigate to Business Planning
3. Click on the Timeline or List tab
4. Select the action you wish to edit
5. Click Edit Action on the Actions tab to open the action
6. Amend any of the fields, selecting from the drop-down menus or adding/overtyping text as necessary
7. Use the Action tab links to add a customer/location checklist to the action
8. Once you’re happy with the changes, click the Save and Exit button to return to the account business plan
