Edit an action
Translate
Actions may need to be changed for a variety of reasons, perhaps to assign them to a different employee, to change the due date, add customers or locations or to set a reminder.
- Open an account
- Navigate to Business Planning
- Click on the Timeline or List tab
- Select the action you wish to edit
- Click Edit Action on the Actions tab to open the action
- Amend any of the fields, selecting from the drop-down menus or adding/overtyping text as necessary
- Use the Action tab links to add a customer/location checklist to the action
- Once you’re happy with the changes, click the Save and Exit button to return to the account business plan
