Finding contacts from actisCRM Offline in the full version of actisCRM
Once uploaded your calls will appear in the diary on the day they took place and for the duration you specified when you completed the call in actisCRM Offline.
You may already have planned your calls and meetings in the diary, and in this case the duplicate record from actisCRM will be merged with the record in the live site. For this to happen the following conditions must be met:
- The call or meeting location must be the same
- The call or meeting date must be the same
- The call or meeting type must be the same
Important: Meetings must be completed and closed on the live site.
You can also search for your calls and meetings made through actisCRM Offline in Data Explorer: Click on the Contacts or Meetings icon to start the search
Click in the All section and select Application
