You’ve forgotten your username or password and the message that appears on the screen indicates that your login attempt was not successful
- Contact the Actis CRM client administrator at your company and they will be able to reset your password for you.
- Contact us directly on +44 (0)1628 401376 or firstname.lastname@example.org
- The password issued will only work once so you will need to change it at first login.
- Login to Actis CRM with the reset password and follow the onscreen instructions to change it.
