The home page buttons allow the following functionality:
Record Contact: Record a call with a named or unnamed customer.
Record Meeting: Record a meeting with named and unnamed customers.
Contact Manager: Displays a list of all saved and draft contact records with edit, merge and delete options.
Upload Contacts: With an active Internet connection, upload contacts to actisCRM so that they can be completed and used for reporting purposes.
Download Data: With an active Internet connection refresh the geography data.
Exit/Reconnect: Exit actisCRM Offline or reconnect to the application once an Internet connection is established.
Status: Indicates whether actisCRM Offline is being used online or offline.
Settings: Change language and other application settings.
Important: Making changes to the settings may adversely affect system performance. Tap Reset to return to the defaults.
