Leavers process

When an employee leaves the organisation, there are certain steps that need to be followed:

  • For security to ensure that the user no longer has access to CRM after their leaving date
  • To ensure that any future calls and meetings are transferred appropriately
  • So that any reporting can be finalised at the correct time
