Merge duplicate calls
Where actisCRM offline recognises two calls on the same customer or location, there is an option to merge the records.
Open Contact Manager
Swipe left on the record that is to be merged. This record will be removed as part of the process and the record merged into will be retained.
Tap Merge and tap the record that is to be merged into in the box that appears.
Tap OK to the message confirming the merge.
