Reassign an action to another employee

Actions can be assigned to any employee that has access to the account
- Open an account
- Navigate to Business Planning
- Click on the Timeline or List tab
- Select the action you wish to edit
- Click Edit Action on the Actions tab to open the action
- Click the drop-down arrow on the Employee field to select from the list of employees that have access to the account
- Click the Save and Exit button to return to the account business plan
Important: The action will be removed from the original employee’s diary and will appear in the new employee’s diary.
