Record an unnamed (location) contact
Location contacts can be recorded in advance or retrospectively.
Tap Record Contact on the home page to open the contact screen which contains the same fields as the online version of actisCRM.
Tap Select Location to open the location list which will contain all locations for the downloaded geography(s).
Tap in the search bar to open the keyboard and begin typing the location name
Click the index letter to search by location. The list will change to show suitable results.
Scroll through the list until the correct location is found.
Tap Select Location to add the location to the call record.
Tap in the Customer Type field and select from the drop-down options.
Tap in the Number of Customers field to open the keyboard. Type the number of unnamed customers seen.
Complete and save the rest of the contact record following the instructions for recording a named customer contact.
