Rainmaker enables fully compliant remote detailing.
Your Rainmaker app and Actis synchronise to ensure your customer list is always up-to-date in Rainmaker, and calls and meetings made using Rainmaker are added straight back to Actis.
Depending on the information available your calls and meetings will be added to Actis either as a completed call or a workflow task. The workflow is like this:
The Workflow Task list can be opened from the Workflow Tasks homepage button, OR from the menu, click Activities, Workflow Tasks OR from the Actis header bar click the Pending Workflow Tasks button.
The indicator on the Pending Workflow Tasks button will appear in red at login if new tasks require completion. The number displayed is the number of tasks that are outstanding and require your action.
