If your Actis set-up is configured to synchronise your diary with Outlook, then it will be possible for you to move calls and meetings from your Outlook diary.
When you login to Actis and open the call or meeting record a message will appear:
Click the OK button to update the Actis record to match the Outlook date and time.
Important: Changing the date and time of call or meeting is subject to the rules you have in place within Actis, i.e. if the week has already been closed, it must be reopened before the event can be moved.
