Create an update preferences button in Brevo

Unsubscribes from Brevo will not automatically be reflected in Actis. It is, therefore, necessary to create a separate Unsubscribe button that works directly with Actis. We recommend that you call this button Update Preferences.

To create an Update Preferences button on your Brevo emails, add the following link:

https://xxx.actiscrm.com/Public/EPermissions.aspx?ID={{ contact.CUSTOMER_ID}}

Where xxx.actiscrm.com is the URL for your company’s Actis system.

Depending on your system set-up, and whether you already have a database of email addresses, the same link can be used to request that customers set their preferences in Actis.
