How can I get back to the search when I’ve opened a record?

Click the X button at the top right of the record on the blue bar to close the record and return to the Data Explorer list.

Why can’t I save a complete session?

Sessions generally comprise of one or two very simple searches which are easy and quick to do when you need them.

More complex sessions tend to include many variables in the search filters (e.g. dates, list selections, conversions, etc) and in the query type (where, exclude, plus, only) so it becomes impossible to save the session as each time it was run the options would need to be confirmed.

For complex sessions that you might want to revisit at a later date we recommend taking a screenshot, or saving the particular searches you use frequently to favourites.
