Products and lists can be removed from the formulary page
Open the account
Under the Navigation tab click Formulary
Click the X button on any line to remove either a formulary list or product.
If you choose to delete a formulary list, then a warning will appear to let you know associated products will be deleted at the same time. Click the OK button to confirm.
Click the Save button to continue or Save and Exit button to leave the account record.
