Edit or delete nodes and connections

The influence map is a snapshot of key account customers and locations and these will change over time. A policy change for example could have a significant impact on the people you need to reach in order to manage your account. People leave or retire and other customers take their place, so it’s important to review the influence map regularly and make changes as they occur.
