The formulary can be changed at any time. Review dates and adherence should be updated regularly, and products can be added, modified or removed at any time.
Open the account
Under the Navigation tab click Formulary
Click the Calendar button to amend the review date
Click the down-arrow button on any field to change the selected option.
Click in any text field to overtype or modify existing text
Click the Up or Down buttons to reorder the formulary lists. The list will switch position with the list directly above or below.
Click the Show/Hide Formulary Notes button and click in the Notes field to edit notes regarding the formulary.
Click the Save button to continue or Save and Exit button to leave the account record.
Important: depending on your system set-up, any changes made may need to be verified again.
