Ein Gebiet ist eine beliebige Ebene im Hierarchiebaum. Unterterritorien können zwischen beliebigen Territorien auf derselben Ebene im Hierarchiebaum verschoben werden.
In the example below, you could move a selected area from within Region North to Region South or Region Unworked but could not move it above that level or to a different team.
- From the menu select Administration, Employee Administration
- Klicken Sie auf , um das zu verschiebende Gebiet auszuwählen
- Under the Actions tab click Move Territory
- In the Move Territory box select the new Parent Territory from the drop-down options available. Only the allowed choices will be displayed.
- Click the OK button to confirm the move.
- Der Hierarchiebaum wird an das neue Layout angepasst.
Important: To stop users accessing the system whilst you are making changes, it’s a good idea to put the system into Administrator Mode. This means that only administrators can login.
