Meetings are set-up and added to the diary in advance. This will give you time to obtain any authorisations required before the meeting takes place.
There are several ways to set-up a new meeting:
- From the side menu, select Meetings, Add Meeting
- From the meetings list, under the Actions tab click Add Meeting
- From the diary select the date/timeslot and under the Actions tab open New Activity and click Add Meeting
- From a locations list, select a location and under the Actions tab click Book Meeting
- From a location record, under the Actions tab click Add Meeting
Each of the above methods will open the meeting record, but when a meeting is booked from a location list or record, the meeting location will be pre-filled.
OR
When you know the attendees, meetings can be planned in the diary using the customers saved in your Call to Action list
Open the diary and navigate to the planned meeting date.
Under the Planning tab, ctrl+click to select multiple customer names and drag the names to the appropriate timeslot on the diary.

The meeting record will open and the selected customers will be automatically added to Attendees page under the Navigation tab.
Complete the meeting record in as much detail as possible, paying attention to mandatory fields and navigating through the meeting pages as required. Submit the meeting for approval.
Important: Customers that were not able to attend the meeting can be deleted from the Attendees page.
