A Gantt chart is a type of bar chart that illustrates the schedule in time increments.
Each objective, together with its associated actions, is displayed on a separate line. Objectives are displayed in bold text and the actions can be displayed or hidden using the Arrow button to the left of the objective.
Each objective and action is allocated a space along the timeline which corresponds to the start and end dates specified when the item was added from Business Planning or SWOT.

In the above example, objectives are shown in bold and the actions are listed underneath. Red text indicates that the objective or action is overdue.
Change the Gantt chart detail layout by clicking the Week, Month or Year buttons and find an action or today’s date on the chart using the Go To buttons:

Highlight an action and click the Go to action button to view the action on the timeline.
Click the Go to today button to move to today’s date on the timeline.
Sort the actions using the buttons:

Group by Objective is the default view and lists all of the actions under the objective they are assigned to
The Group by Customer and Group by Location buttons are useful where you have added customers or locations to the actions to create a checklist
Click on any item in the Gantt chart to activate items under the Actions tab:
Add Action: Add an action or select an objective and add an action to it
Edit Action: Select an action to edit, or to update the action status. Save the action once changes are complete
Delete Action: Delete the action from the action plan
Export to Spreadsheet: Export the list as a csv file which can be opened in Excel
Export to PDF: Export the timeline as a PDF
Show Employees: Switch on or off to display own actions, or to display actions for all employees involved with the account.
