Consulte los datos para excluir determinados registros de su búsqueda, para añadir una búsqueda a otra o para ignorar las búsquedas anteriores y trabajar directamente con los datos originales de la entidad.
Hay cuatro tipos diferentes de consulta que puede utilizar en su búsqueda:
- Filtro: la opción por defecto que reduce todo el conjunto de datos para cumplir ciertos criterios, por ejemplo, Todos los clientes DONDE el tipo es GP para mostrar sólo GPs.
- Restar: excluye ciertos criterios de la búsqueda, por ejemplo, Todos los clientes EXCEPTO tipo GP para mostrar todos los demás.
- Añadir - añade una búsqueda a otra, por ejemplo, Clientes que son médicos de cabecera Y otros clientes con interés en la Medicina de Salud Pública.
- Self – ignores the levels immediately above, but searches the entity data directly. This is useful for checking data without deleting the full search or for starting a new search on the same entity without losing the original results
Change the query options by clicking the Arrow button between two searches and choosing from the available options.
From the entity (the top level) you have two options only:
- Option 1 is the standard default filter that will find only the data from the entity above that meets the search criteria you’ve chosen
- Option 2 is a subtract filter that will find only the data from the entity above that does not meet the search criteria you’ve chosen
The example above shows all the hospital doctors on the territory, i.e. of 2476 customers, 774 are hospital doctors. Click the Arrow button and choose the second option to exclude all the hospital doctors from your search.
