Consulte os dados para excluir determinados registos da sua pesquisa, para adicionar uma pesquisa a outra ou para ignorar as pesquisas anteriores e trabalhar diretamente nos dados da entidade original.
Existem quatro tipos diferentes de consulta que pode utilizar na sua pesquisa:
- Filtro - a opção predefinida que reduz todo o conjunto de dados para satisfazer determinados critérios, por exemplo, Todos os clientes ONDE o tipo é GP para mostrar apenas GPs
- Subtrair - exclui determinados critérios da pesquisa, por exemplo, Todos os clientes EXCEPTO tipo GP para mostrar todos os outros
- Adicionar - adiciona uma pesquisa a outra, por exemplo, clientes que são médicos de clínica geral E outros clientes com interesse em Medicina de Saúde Pública
- Self – ignores the levels immediately above, but searches the entity data directly. This is useful for checking data without deleting the full search or for starting a new search on the same entity without losing the original results
Change the query options by clicking the Arrow button between two searches and choosing from the available options.
From the entity (the top level) you have two options only:
- Option 1 is the standard default filter that will find only the data from the entity above that meets the search criteria you’ve chosen
- Option 2 is a subtract filter that will find only the data from the entity above that does not meet the search criteria you’ve chosen
The example above shows all the hospital doctors on the territory, i.e. of 2476 customers, 774 are hospital doctors. Click the Arrow button and choose the second option to exclude all the hospital doctors from your search.
Depois disso, as quatro opções de consulta ficam disponíveis para refinar a pesquisa e a alteração do tipo de consulta afectará o resultado.

- Option 4 ignores the searches above and filters the entity directly for the criteria detailed in the search below
