Interrogate i dati per escludere alcuni record dalla ricerca, per aggiungere una ricerca a un'altra o per ignorare le ricerche precedenti e lavorare direttamente sui dati dell'entità originale.
Esistono quattro diversi tipi di query che si possono utilizzare per la ricerca:
- Filtro - l'opzione predefinita che riduce l'intero set di dati in base a determinati criteri, ad esempio Tutti i clienti DOVE il tipo è GP per mostrare solo i GP.
- Sottrarre - esclude alcuni criteri dalla ricerca, ad esempio Tutti i clienti ECCETTO il tipo GP per mostrare tutti gli altri.
- Aggiungi - aggiunge una ricerca a un'altra, ad esempio Clienti che sono medici di base E altri clienti con un interesse per la medicina pubblica.
- Self – ignores the levels immediately above, but searches the entity data directly. This is useful for checking data without deleting the full search or for starting a new search on the same entity without losing the original results
Change the query options by clicking the Arrow button between two searches and choosing from the available options.
From the entity (the top level) you have two options only:
- Option 1 is the standard default filter that will find only the data from the entity above that meets the search criteria you’ve chosen
- Option 2 is a subtract filter that will find only the data from the entity above that does not meet the search criteria you’ve chosen
The example above shows all the hospital doctors on the territory, i.e. of 2476 customers, 774 are hospital doctors. Click the Arrow button and choose the second option to exclude all the hospital doctors from your search.
Successivamente, sono disponibili tutte e quattro le opzioni di interrogazione per affinare la ricerca e la modifica del tipo di interrogazione influisce sui risultati.
